My name is Charlotte Ferguson, founder of Healing from Heartbreak. I provide divorce recovery support for individuals navigating the emotional and practical challenges of divorce, separation, and relationship breakdowns. As a mother of two grown children with a long background in teaching, I faced the unexpected after more than 20 years of marriage, finding myself on my own. The wave of emotions — fear, self-doubt, and uncertainty about the future — was overwhelming. Even with incredible family and friends around me, few truly understood the challenges I faced.
That experience motivated me to dive deep into personal growth coaching, learning everything I could about rebuilding after heartbreak.
